1. Help reduce isolation build relationships. have fellowship and fun.

.  bringing over 55s together to socialise;

. take part in a range of activities  aimed at promoting healthy living, improving general well being of the whole person;

. raise awareness of relevant health issues which older people are likely to suffer from;

. help them to access accurate information regarding life issues;

. if needed,  help access of services to which they might be entitled;

. support members to become more digitally aware.

. improve/develop IT skills generally;

. bring people together across communities to build strong relationships and have fun.

Social activities will include:

Visiting Professionals to give talks on:

– Health issues

. Wills

. Death
