Welcome to WDM, where we are here to serve at Ilford NTCG to ensure our women are developed, nurtured and empowered by:

To walk in a deeper relationship with God

For each and every woman to operate using their gifts and talents to serve God, each other and the community

For each and every woman to fulfil their purpose in Christ

Our purpose is to encourage spiritual growth, personal development, and leadership among women, whilst fostering fellowship, and providing inspiration, training and guidance so all women are empowered in their homes, the Church and the community.
